How to return a product?

You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without reason commencing on the date of receipt of the product .

The product can only be returned unused and , if possible,  be returned in its original packaging.

For returning the order the return costs are at your expense.

We will credit the amount within 14 days after receipt. You can also use the standard form (see the sample form at the end of our terms & conditions) .
